摘    要:车辆换档回路是电液自动换档操纵系统的重要组成部分,它是由多种液压元件组成并协同工作的复杂液压系统。为了更方便地对重型车辆换档液压回路的AMESim仿真模型参数更改和模型求解,基于PyQt开发了重型车辆换档液压回路仿真程序,叙述了仿真程序的开发过程,并通过台架试验验证了车辆换档液压回路的AMESim仿真模型的正确性,开发的程序不仅能满足研究的要求,而且提高了仿真效率。

Abstract:The vehicle shift circuit is an important part of the electro-hydraulic automatic mechanical transmission. And it is composed of a variety of hydraulic components which work together. In order to more conveniently change parameters and solve the simulation model of vehicle hydraulic circuit established on AMESim, a simulation program is developed based on PyQt. In this study, the development process of the program is described, and the correctness of the model is verified by the bench test. The developed program not only can meet the research requirements, but also can improve the efficiency of simulation.
