基于PLC航天阀门流阻流量特性测试系统设计

摘    要:设计一种基于PLC的航天阀门流阻流量特性测试系统,该系统由传感器、核心控制单元、数据采集与处理模块及相关软件组成,可实现测试便捷、超压保护、数据采集、处理及存储等多种功能。采用三种不同类型的阀门流阻流量特性测试与理论计算数据对比,测试误差控制在3%以内。结果表明,测试系统满足高精度测试需求,不仅可应用于航天用阀门产品的流阻流量特性测试,而且具有一定的商业应用价值。

Abstract:The flow resistance and flow properties testing system should have characters of convenience, safety, high precision and test compatibility. As the above requirements, we introduce a well-designed testing system based on PLC. The system is mainly composed of sensors, a core control unit, data acquisitions, processing modules and related softwares, and has functions of convenient tests, overpressure protection, data acquisition, processing and storage. In order to verify the accuracy of the system, we test and simulate the flow resistance and flow characteristics of three valves with different structures. Through the experimental and simulation data comparison, the fractional error is less than 3%, and the accuracy can completely satisfied with the requirements of spacecrafts. The well-designed testing system can be widely used not only for astronautical valve tests, but also for industrial fields.
