典型民用飞机液压能源系统油箱设计分析

摘    要:针对民用飞机液压能源系统自增压油箱设计的问题,在对典型民用飞机液压系统自增压油箱原理进行说明的基础上,给出了一整套自增压油箱设计方案,分别对液压系统自增压油箱容积计算,油箱增压压力及保压时间验证,维护加油油量设计及系统含气量检查,飞行过程油箱油量监控等方面进行了计算分析。提出的自增压油箱设计方案,能够为民用飞机液压油箱及系统的相关设计提供可靠的理论依据。

Abstract:Aimed at the hydraulic reservoir design for the civil aircraft hydraulic system, after brief introduction of the principle of the traditional bootstrap reservoir, a complete set of design solution is analyzed and confirmed, including the reservoir sizing determination, bootstrap pressure and pressure maintaining time confirmation, filling volume analysis and system bleeding operation during ground maintenance, and reservoir fluid level monitoring during normal flight phase. The complete set of design solution in this research will provide reliable theoretical basis for the design of the bootstrap reservoir and the hydraulic system of the civil aircraft.
