红外热像技术在高温后混凝土损伤探测中的应用

摘    要:红外热像检测是指利用材料表面温度和辐射率的差异形成可见的热图像,从而检测材料表面结构状态和缺陷,并以此判断材料性质和内部缺陷的一种无损检测方法。根据红外热像检测原理,对27个遭受高温作用并冷却后的混凝土试块进行红外线灯照射,利用红外热像仪检测了12个无粉刷层和15个带粉刷层的高温损伤试块的热像数据。通过对实验结果的统计分析,并进行了高温损伤试块的抗压强度试验,得到了混凝土试块红外热像平均温升随时间的变化曲线,建立了混凝土试块红外热像平均温升与过火温度及强度损失的回归方程。

Abstract:The infrared thermal image testing technique is a nondestructive testing method. This technique can be used to detect the state and damage degree of material, and to judge the material property. Based on the principle of infrared thermal image testing technique ,twenty-seven concrete cubes with and without mortar cover after subjected to high temperature were tested and analyzed by a set of infrared thermal image testing system. Based on the test results, the relation of average temperature rising gained from infrared thermal image of damage concrete cubes to heating time was obtained, and four regressive equations of average temperature rising of infrared thermal image to the highest subjected temperature and the loss of compressive strength of concrete cubes were established.
