Si-Cr-Nb高强钢轨钢的研制

摘    要:在实验室将Si-Cr-Nb钢轨钢与UIC900A、U71Mn等钢轨钢进行了对比试验研究。各钢种的力学性能测定和热模拟试验表明,Si-Cr-Nb钢轨钢具有良好的强韧性,适用于欠速淬火,具有较好的焊接性能。工业性试验验证了实验室的研究结果,Si-Cr-Nb钢轨有望获得良好的性能。

Abstract:The study on Si Cr Nb rail steel in comparison with UIC900A, U71Mn were conducted in laboratory. The results of mechanical property test and thermal simulation have proved that the Si Cr Nb rail steel developed has high strength and ductility, suitable for heat treatment, and has preferable weldability. The industrial test has verified the laboratory research results.
