摘    要:基于问卷调查及统计分析,将高职院校辅导员素质分为:思政管理素质、职业指导和个人能力素质专业能力素质.在此基础上构建了象限模型,包括价值观维度、知识能力维度、社会认知维度和专业能力维度4个方面.其中价值观维度描述思想政治素质;知识能力维度描述个人综合素质;社会认知维度描述行业企业需求;专业能力维度描述专业技能要求.

Abstract:Based on questionnaires and statistical analysis,quality of higher vocational instructors is divided into ideology and politics management quality,career guidance and personal ability quality,as well as professional capacity quality.Quadrant model based on that includes 4 aspects such as value dimension,knowledge ability dimension,social cognition dimension and professional capacity dimension.Among them,value dimension describes ideology and politics quality,knowledge ability dimension describes individual comprehensive quality,social cognition dimension describes requirements of industry and enterprise,while professional capacity dimension describes professional skill requirements.
