| 摘 要： | "双困生"作为高校毕业生中的一个特殊群体,其就业问题欲加引人关注.研究"双困生"的就业困难原因,目的在于解决当前的"双困生"就业问题.调查研究发现:"双困生"群体中存在着心理贫困和经济贫困两个因素.对"双困生"自身存在的缺陷进行了分析,提出了高校要做好对"双困生"的物质支持和精神帮扶工作,同时对其进行正确引导,避免出现不良后果.

| Abstract: | As an special group of college graduates, employment problems of bi disadvantaged students attract more attentions. Cause of study on employment difficulty of bi disadvantaged is to solve current employment problems. Investigation shows that economical and psychological factors exist in bi disadvantaged students. This paper analyzes self defects of bi disadvantaged students and puts forwards that colleges should do well in material support and mental assistant as well as correct guidance to avoid unfavorable consequences. |
