高职院校后勤工作在服务育人中的融合与渗透

后勤工作作为高职院校整体工作的重要组成部分,担负着管理与育人的双重任务.基于当前高职院校后勤部门在育人方面存在的认识不足、地位边缘化、机制缺乏、途径单一等问题,提出后勤管理在服务育人中融合渗透的一系列途径,如正确处理后勤服务与育人之间的关系,建立学校职能部门工作协调机制,以及针对不同特点的学生为其提供多样化、个性化的服务等.

Fusion and Penetration of Logistic Work in Service-based Education in Higher Vocational Colleges

As an important component of the whole work in higher vocational colleges, logistic work carries double responsibility of management and education. Based on the problems existing in higher vocational logistic department such as deficient understanding, marginalized position, mechanism deficiency and single approach, this paper puts forward ways of fusion and penetra- tion of logistic management in service-based education such as treating the relationship between logistic service and education properly, establishing mechanism of work coordination between functional departments in colleges and afford various and individual service to different students.
