中国信息安全产品认证认可体系的法律问题研究

信息安全产品和技术是保障信息安全的重要支撑。在信息安全领域,建立统一的信息安全认证认可体系可以有效应对信息全球化和经济全球化所带来的安全风险。因此,中国十分重视对信息安全产品认证认可体系的建设和完善,并于2011年3月明确将其列入《中华人民共和国国民经济和社会发展第十二个五年规划纲要》中。有鉴于此,对中国现有信息安全认证认可体系进行考察,分析其所面临的挑战并提出解决对策,对贯彻落实"十二五"规划的要求,推动中国信息安全认证认可工作的进一步开展具有非常重要的意义。

Study on Legal Problems of China's Infosec Product Certification and Accreditation System

Infosec products and technology are the significant prop for information security. The establishment of an unified information security certification and accreditation system in the infosec area could effectively handle the security risks from the globalization of information and economy. Therefore, China attaches great importance to the construction and perfection of information security product certification and accreditation system, and clearly listed this task in the 12th Five-year Plan for National Economic and Social Development of the People＇s Republic of China in March 2011. In view of this, investigation on China＇s current information security certification and accreditation system, analysis of the faced risks and putting forward corresponding solutions, have an extreme significance for the implementation of requirements by ＂12th Five-year Plan＂ and the further development of China＇s infosec certification and accreditation.
