用D2EHPA从低酸度铜萃余液中萃锌试验研究

摘    要:利用D2EHPA,研究了从低酸度铜萃余液萃锌的适宜条件,并探讨了萃取剂再生条件,试验结果表明,使用萃取剂D2EHPA,对低酸度铜萃余液进行两级萃取,可使2.2g/L的锌减少到0.003g/L,对负载的萃取剂用硫酸溶液进行一级反萃后,再通过酸洗,即可再生,实现了萃取剂的循环使用。

Abstract:By using D2EHPA agent, the article studies on the preferable condition for extracting Zinc out of low acid waste solution from copper leaching process. Test result shows that with the D2EHPA agent, 2 sectio leaching can be achieved, and the 2. 2g/L zinc grade solution can be extracted to 0. 003g/L. On the other hand, the used agent can be reused by other process.
