智能电网保护及稳定控制系统研究

摘    要:针对传统保护及稳定控制系统无法适应智能电网要求的问题,对智能电网厂站端和控制中心的系统整合方案进行研究和探讨,在充分考虑保护及稳定控制系统的安全性和可靠性的基础上,提出了智能电网应实现全网协调控制,整合后的保护及稳定控制系统能自适应电网运行,满足大规模新能源接入电网。

Abstract:Traditional protection and stability control system are not able to meet smart grid's requirements.Studies on protection and stability control system integration both in substation(or plant) and control center are presented separately,security and reliability are key in system integration.Smart grid can realize complete coordination,the integrated system is self-adaptive and can accept large scale of new energy sources.
