Application of Ejector in Pneumatic Conveying

The performance,characteristics and applications of several kinds of feeders in pneumatic conveying are compared.The practical problems of conventional Venturi feeders are intended more to concentrate on.The new kinds of ejectors using in our country and abroad,including their structures,properties and purposes,are introduced.The combination of two kinds of feeders, Venturi feeder and continuous mechanical rotating feeder, might improve its present problems in using respectively.The application of LAVAL pipe in controlling air flow and pressure in dense phase conveying is discussed.The main purposes of LAVAL pipes are controlling and stabilizing air flow and pressure,so to stabilize the conveying process.The design methods and approaches of pneumatic conveying are introduced briefly.
