摘    要:油田开发进入到后期,继续延用老的计量方式及管理模式在某种程度上已不能满足现阶段油田开发生产需要,应用先进科技手段、搞管理创新是提高企业核心竞争力的重要手段。分站计量就是在油田生产最前线的计量站对其管辖所有油井的生产参数进行实时检测计量,利用日趋完善的油田局域网技术与GSM无线通讯技术,实现生产数据的自动采集与传输。提高生产快速反应及应急处理能力和生产管理水平,同时将生产管理与考核前移至计量站,以计量站为中心,实现厂管矿、矿管队、队管站定量考核模式,使生产管理向精细化、扁平化方向发展。实践证明,分站计量系统的应用中取得了良好的效果,为油田开发后期提高管理水平起到了重要作用。

Abstract:As oilfield development has entered into late stage, it cannot, in a way, satisfy present productive demands of oilfield development to maintain the old measure method and adminis- tration pattern. It is, therefore, an important means to improve core competition ability of an enterprise to apply advanced sci- ence and technology and administration innovation. Divided- sta- tion measurement, which takes a real time measure of production parameters of all oil wells at the front measure stations, can re- alize automatic collection and transportation of production data via the perfecting oilfield LAN technology and GSM wireless communication technology. Improving production quick reaction, emergency management and productive administration ability, at the same time, changing productive administration and examina- tion to the front measure stations and centering on the measure stations, can make productive administration developing into an elaborate and compressed pattern. Facts have proved that appli- cation of divided - station system has had satisfied effects and has had an important action to improve administration ability at the late stage of oilfield development.
