AMS型高性能混凝土外加剂的合成研究

摘    要:设计一种聚甲基丙烯酸-丙烯酰胺-乙烯基磺酸钠型(AMS型)高性能混凝土外加剂,研究了引发剂、分子量调节剂、羧基、酰胺基、磺酸基含量对AMS型高性能外加剂的固含量、转化率、溶液粘度及分散性的影响。结果表明:随着羧基、磺酸基含量增大,酰胺基含量减小,外加剂的单体转化率增大;随羧基、酰胺基含量增大,外加剂溶液粘度增大;在该研究条件下,AMS型高性能外加剂具有稳定优异的分散性能,且原料来源易得,条件易控,转化率高。

Abstract:A high performance admixture Poly(methacrylic acid-acrylamide-vinyl sulfonic acid sodium) (AMS)had been synthesized.The effect of initiator, chain-transfer agent,carboxyl,amido and sulfo group onsolid content, conversion,viscosity of solution and dispersibility of AMS were studied.The conversion of monomer was increased,when content of sulfo group,carboxyl increased and content of amido acid decreased. The solution viscosity was increased,when content of carboxyl and amido acid increased.AMS agent which had high conversion and easy controlled conditions has good stability and dispersion behaviour.
