| 摘 要： | 利用ＤＥＡＥ纤维素层析、ＦＰＬＣ和ＨＰＬＣ分离，从人胎肝中获得了纯化的特异刺激肝来源细胞ＤＮＡ合成的肝细胞生长因子（ＨＧＦ）。进一步研究表明，ＨＧＦ明显刺激人肝癌细胞的增殖，其刺激活性具有量效关系，并诱导肝癌细胞从Ｇ０／Ｇ１期进入Ｓ期。本研究为探讨ＨＧＦ作用机理建立了模型。

| Abstract: | By using chromatography of DEAE-Cellulose,FPLC and HPLC successively,hepatocyte growthfactor(HGF)from human fetal liver was purified to homogeneity.Further study indicates that purifiedHGF can stimulate proliferation of human hepatoma cells as well as normal hepatocyte and promote themfrom G0/G1 phase into DNA synthetic phase. A medel for studying the action methanism of HGF was set upin this paper. |
