摘    要:隆达发电有限公司2号汽轮发电机组运行中,在没有进行任何操作情况下,5号轴承处轴振动突增,经分析认为振动突增原因为发电机转子匝间短路。经进行配重平衡,故障消除。

Abstract:On turbo-generator no.5 in Longda Power-Generation Co Ltd,shaft vibration at bearing no.5 has suddenly increased in operation under condition without carrying out any manipulation.Through analysis,it is believed that the sudden increase of vibration is caused by interturn short circuit in the rotor of generator.Through carrying out counter weight balance,the said accident has been eliminated.
