| 摘 要： | 物料平衡是循环流化床(CFB)锅炉的运行基础,从CFB锅炉设计方面对物料平衡进行了分析.为满足CFB锅炉的物料平衡要求,低灰份燃料需要添加一定粒径分布的可循环物料.对CFB锅炉正常运行是否添加循环物料进行了研究和分析,重点分析了物料添加量的计算方法.

| Abstract: | Since stuff balancing is the basic operational requirement of circulating fluidized bed(CFB) boilers,an analysis of stuff balancing in CFB boilers is here presented from the design point of view.For meeting stuff balancing requirements of CFB boilers,circulatable material of a certain size-range has to be added to fuels of low ash content.The necessity of circulation material during normal operation has been studied and analyzed,focusing on some ways of calculating the required amount of material that should be added.Table 1 and refs 11. |
