| 摘 要： | 介绍了我国模具人才培养的组织情况、基本思路和"中国模具人才培训基地"对模具行业人才培养所发挥的积极作用。特别就开展个性化人才培养和鼓励"双轨制"职业教育理念作了阐述。同时,介绍了我国模具职业技能鉴定工作的进展情况和该项工作对我国模具行业人才培养的重大意义。
