| 摘 要： | 著名管理学大师德鲁克认为企业可以通过改进生产工艺、降低原材料消耗来增加企业的利润源；通过增加销售量、提高销售利润率来增加企业的利润源。现在，市场竞争越来越激烈，再加上客观技术的限制，企业在这两方面的努力空间越来越小。因此，现代企业要在竞争中保持有利位置，获取最大利涮，就必须通过加强企业管理水平，向管理要效益，提高企业资源管理利用率实现企业利润的增加。
