变孔径颗粒分布板的颗粒分布性能实验研究

摘    要:设计了一种用于液固循环流化床换热装置的变孔径颗粒分布板,在具有18根换热管的实验装置上,利用自行研制的CCD图像采集系统对安装该分布板的颗粒分布性能进行了测试,考察了颗粒体积分率、循环流量等对颗粒分布性能的影响.实验结果表明:在流化床的进口段管箱内安装变孔径分布板时,随着固体颗粒体积分率的增加,颗粒浓度径向分布明显趋于均匀;在同一分布板安装高度下,大流量更易于实现颗粒的均匀分布,并且使得颗粒流速在床层截面的径向分布较为均匀.结果证明变孔径颗粒分布板的颗粒分布性能优良,为液固循环流化床换热装置的工程设计提供了参考.
