羟苯氮烯基酞菁钴/二氧化锡复合材料的合成及表征

摘    要:采用原位方法合成了两种羟苯氮烯基酞菁钴/二氧化锡复合材料,利用UV、IR和XRD对产物进行表征。结果表明:两种羟苯氮烯基酞菁钴/二氧化锡复合材料在紫外光谱中出现了酞菁特征吸收Q带的红移,红外光谱中出现了Co-O的振动吸收峰,并且在XRD谱图中显现出SnO2晶粒变小,这说明羟苯氮烯基酞菁钴与二氧化锡之间形成部分化学键。

Abstract:( hydroxyphenyl ) diazenyl -Cobalt Phthalocyanine/SnO2 composites were synthesized by in -situ method. The prepared products were characterized by means of UV、IR and XRD. The experimental results indicate that the UV spectrum brings about moving to more longer wavelength in its characteristic absorption Q belt;the vibration absorption peaks of Co-O appreared in IR spectrum, the size of crystal particals have become smaller than before, all that show in the complex ( hydroxyphenyl) diazenyl -Cobalt Phthalocyanine and SnO2 were linked with partial chemical bond.
