高光泽抗冲聚苯乙烯生产技术及测试方法研究综述

摘    要:分析了近年全球聚苯乙烯产量及需求量发展情况,重点分析了中国聚苯乙烯的产量、市场及主要生产厂家,阐述了高光泽抗冲聚苯乙烯的研究及应用情况。通过对高光泽抗冲聚苯乙烯生产技术进行分析得出,兼具高光泽和高抗冲击性能的聚苯乙烯的共同点为聚苯乙烯中的改性橡胶的分布为双峰分布,双峰分布中改性橡胶的大、小粒径的分布范围不同;实现改性橡胶双峰分布的办法通常为首先制备2种不同粒径的橡胶接枝物,然后在反应的不同阶段加入不同的改性橡胶种类。最后阐述了光泽度的测试原理及影响光泽度的主要因素。

Research Progress in Production Technologies and Measurement Methods of Highly Glossy Impact Polystyrene
Abstract:This paper overviewed the production and demand development of polystyrene (PS) in the global market and especially analyzed its yield, main manufacturers and marketing situation in China. The current research status and applications of highly glossy impact PS were also described. According to the analysis results of production technologies, the impact modifying rubber used for the highly glossy impact PS has a bimodal distribution in its particle size, and the rubber particles exhibited large and small sizes in two different distribution ranges. The bimodal distribution in the particle size of rubber could be realized by using two types of rubbers with different particle sizes and then incorporating them in different synthetic stages of PS. Finally, the principle of glossiness measurement was introduced and the major effect on the glossiness of highly glossy impact PS was discussed.
