摘    要:针对带把双色水杯的结构特点,设计了带哈呋滑块结构的转盘式双色注塑模。该模具采用热流道技术以消除流道凝料,实现生产自动化;其型腔采用常规水路,型芯采用随形水路,模拟结果表明该冷却方式能有效改善冷却效果、显著提高冷却效率和生产率。含随形水路的镶块与型芯基座采用机加工、成型部分采用金属粉末选择性激光烧结的3D打印技术成型。哈呋滑块的分型由压缩弹簧和T形扣来实现。模具结构合理,动作可靠。

Design of Injection Molds for a Two-color Cup with Handles Based on Conformal Cooling Technology
Abstract:A two-color injection mold with a half-slider structure is designed for a two-color cup with a handle. The mold is mounted in an injection molding machine with a turntable plate. Hot runner technology is adopted in the mold to remove the condensed material and realize the production automation. The cooling system is built with conventional cooling channels in the cavities and a conformal cooling channel in the core. The simulation results shown that the cooling configuration can effectively improve the cooling effect and improve the cooling efficiency. The insert and core with a conformal cooling channel can be obtained with a foundation support machined and the top part forming via a 3D printing technology of metal powder selective laser sintering. The parting of the sliders is driven by compression springs and T buckles. The two-color injection mold is reasonable in structure and reliable in operation.
