FS-1/PP共混改性研究

摘    要:采用分子筛FS-1填充聚丙烯,研究浓盐酸、硬脂酸、MAH-g-PP、钛酯酸偶联剂对填充体系力学性能的影响。实验结果表明:分子筛FS-1与PP的相容性较差,通过浓盐酸1硬脂酸、钛酸酯侧联剂及MAH-g-PP处理后,填充体系的力学性能得以一定的提高,以偶联剂NDZ-101和MAH-g-PP共同处理FS-1后且质量分数为0.5%时,填充体系的冲击强度、拉伸强度和弯曲强度都有较大程度的提高,而且加工流动性

Abstract:This paper deals with polypropylene modified with heteroaton FS 1.The effect of HCl,PP g MAH and NDZ 101 on the properties of the filled system was studied.The result showed that the properties of the filled system were improved at some extent with FS 1 grafted by HCl and PP g MAH although the compatibility between FS 1 and PP was bad.The melt flow rate of the system filled with 0.5 percent FS 1 and PP g MAH was better than that of the unfilled system.The mechanical properties of the filled system were improved.
