| 摘 要： | 企业组织实施国产化必须首先选择其对象 ,它是确保企业成功实施国产化的基础和前提 ,国产化对象选择受多重因素的影响和制约。企业只有综合考虑影响国产化对象选择的各种因素 ,并加以系统评价 ,才能科学、可靠地选择出成功度高的国产化项目。笔者分析了引进技术国产化对象抉择影响因素 ;提出了引进技术国产化对象抉择评价指标 ;建立了国产化对象抉择选优综合评价模型

| Abstract: | Enterprise assimilation must firstly select its objects, which is the base and prerequisite for the successful operation in assimilation. The selection of assimilation objects is affected and restricted by multiple factors. By comprehensive consideration of the affected factors and systemic evaluation, enterprises can choose assimilation projects that are likely to succeed. The affected factors of assimilation objects selection are analyzed. The evaluation indexes are put forward and a synthesis evaluation model of object selection is set up. |
