白肋烟晾制过程中叶片组织结构变化的研究

摘    要:木文对白肋烟晾制过程中叶片组织结构变化进行了研究。结果表明,随着晾制的进行,白肋烟叶片厚度逐渐变薄,并且此变薄的隔度以变色期(变黄、变褐)最大,占总变薄厚度的80.8%。同样,栅栏组织和海绵幻织厚度也逐渐收缩变薄,并且在普通显微镜下观察栅栏组织和海绵组织细胞在变褐之前清晰可辨,但变褐之后就很难辨别,褐变是叶肉细胞破裂溶解的外观表征。

Abstract:The variations of leaf tissue structure in the air-curing process of burley tobacco were studied. The results indicated that leaf thickness of burley tobacco gradually turned thin along with air-curing going on and the largest range that leaves turned thin is in the colourchanging period (yellowing and browning period) and makes up 80. 8 percent of the total range. Similarly, the thickness of palisade and spongy tissues is also gradually contracted and turned thin. Under a common microscope, palisade and spongy cells were clearly discernible before browning but hardly discernible after browning. Browning is the exterior characteristics of breaking and dissolving mesophyll cells.
