摘    要:西南稀土矿黑色风化矿泥含稀土、铅、锰等,其中铅主要以PbO的形式存在。用热的盐酸溶液浸取稀土的同时,铅也转化为PbCl2进入溶液。利用氯化铅在冷、热水中溶解度相差很大的原理,冷却稀土母液即可回收铅。在试验确定的较佳的浸出条件和适当的冷却温度及时间下,铅的回收率在41%,用热水将浸渣洗涤1次,铅回收率可增加15个百分点。

Abstract:Weathered black rare earth mud in Southwestern China contains rare earth, lead and manganese, with lead occuring in the form of PbO. At the same time of leaching the rare earth using hot hydrochloric acid, the lead is transformed into PbCl 2 and comes into the solution. Taking the advantage of the great difference in solution degrees of PbCl 2 in cold water and hot water, the lead can be recovered by cooling down the pregnant solution of rare earth. Under the good leaching conditions and appropriate cooling temperature and time found in the tests, the lead recovery is 41%. Washing the leaching sludge by hot water can increase the lead recovery by 15 percent points.
