丙烷脱氢负载型MoO_3/MgO催化剂的研究

摘    要:以MoO3为活性组分,用碱性氧化物MgO作载体制备了较好的丙烷脱氢催化剂。结果表明,催化剂最佳MoO3含量为30%。考察了几种金属氧化物添加剂对MoO3/MgO催化剂性能的影响。结果发现,在MoO3/MgO催化剂上再负载ZnO,改善了催化剂的性能,在580℃反应条件下,丙烷转化率从28.17%提高到33.31%,丙烯收率达29.04%(mol)

Abstract:Taking MoO3 as active constituent,alkaline metal oxide MgO as a support, a bettercatalyst for dehydrogenation of propane wasprepared. The result showed that the optimalcontent of MoO3 in the catalyst was 30%(mass). The effects of several metal oxides onthe performance of MoO3,/MgO catalyst wasalso investigated. It was found that MoO,ZnO/MgO catalyst had better activity and selectivity than MoO3/MgO catalyst. The conversion of propane increased from 28. 17% to33. 31% at the temperature of 580℃ and theyield of propylene was 29. 04% (mol).
