海洋温差能发电技术研究现状及在我国的发展前景

摘    要:对海洋温差能发电技术的研究现状进行了调研,重点对比了不同类型海洋温差能发电装置的特点和技术指标,分析了海洋温差能发电的核心技术、装置成本以及研究方向。海洋温差能开发利用目前尚处于商业化开发前期阶段。我国南海温差能资源丰富,开发潜力巨大,对其开发利用应予以足够的重视。建议尽快建立南海海洋温差能示范基地,以加快我国海洋温差能开发利用的步伐。

Abstract:This article reviews the research status of ocean thermal energy conversion technology(OTEC),compares the characteristics and technical parameters of existing OTEC pilot plants and analyzes the core technology,potential cost and research direction of the OTEC plant.The development and utilization of OTEC is now in the early stage of commercialization.The rich ocean thermal energy resource is available in South China Sea and has the great potential for development,so enough attention should be given to the research on the OTEC development and utilization.Therefore it is proposed to set up the OTEC pilot base as soon as possible and keep up in pace with the global advancement in this area.
