| 摘 要： | 海冰能够封锁港口、堵塞航道、损毁海上油气工程结构物,酿成重大海难事故。我国的渤海和北黄海,每年冬季都产生结冰现象,历史证明我国的海冰是能够造成灾害的。文章回顾了渤海海冰灾害,分析了1990年至今以来渤海和北黄海的冰情,阐述了海冰对海上结构物的破坏模式和预防海冰灾害的措施,并重点介绍了国内防冰灾和抗冰灾研究及工程措施方面所取得的成果。

| Abstract: | This article reviews the sea ice induced disasters in Bohai and analyzes ice conditions in Bohai and Northern Huanghai since 1990.It describes the destruction modes of offshore structures induced by sea ice and the countermeasures of defending the disaster.The domestic accomplishment in preventing and resisting sea ice disaster is emphasized. |
