摘    要:采用三维有限元法对某新设计的船用柴油机的整体薄壁球墨铸铁活塞的变形和应力场进行了计算并在此基础上对该活塞的疲劳强度和热变形进行了校核,同时还对这种薄壁油冷活塞的变形和应力分布特点进行了分析,由此得出了具有参考价值的设计要点。

Abstract:In this paper, the deformation and stress field of a oil-cooled thin wall SG cast iron piston from a newly-designed marine diesel engine have been calculated by using 3D finite element method. The fatigue strength and thermal deformation have been then evaluated and checked. The characteristics of the deformation and stress field on these pistons have been analysed. Some valuable key points for piston design are presented.
