摘    要:传统的压力传感器系统中压力源与传感器相隔较远,信号线过长,易受干扰,而智能传感器系统能够将传感器,数据采集和微处理器系统集成在一起,通过数字接口上传经过滤波的数据,具有良好的抗干扰性能;在设计中采用FPGA具有构建系统灵活,可实现片上系统的优点,适合在智能传感器系统中应用;同时系统采用多种误差消除手段,构建了一个具有动态零点漂移校准、随机误差消除和温度补偿功能的智能压力传感器系统,并给出了FPGA部分功能的仿真结果。

Abstract:A normal pressure sensor system is easily disturbed for the long distance between pressure sources and sensors and for signal wires being too long,an intelligent sensor system can incorporate sensors with the data acquisition and microprocessor system,data which were filtered are transmitted by digital interface,so it has a high anti-disturbing performance.FPGA is adapted to be applied in the intelli- gent sensor system considering the advantages of flexible construction and SOC.Meanwhile,many anti-disturbing methods are used.An in- telligent sensor system based on FPGA is constructed with functions of dynamic zero drift calibrated and random errors eliminated and tem- perature compensated.The simulating result of the part function is given.
