摘    要:本文借助ANSYS软件,针对伸缩节过缝和垫层管过缝两种常用的过缝结构形式对垫层蜗壳的影响进行了对比研究,着重分析了止推环设置与否对蜗壳流道刚度及座环受力等方面的影响。研究结果表明,伸缩节过缝时,设止推环能有效抑制蜗壳与混凝土之间的相对滑移,承担不平衡水推力,对垫层蜗壳受力有利,因此建议设置止推环;垫层管过缝时,蜗壳流道刚度较采用伸缩节过缝明显增大,可以大大改善下游垫层蜗壳结构的受力状态,而设置止推环并不能明显改善垫层蜗壳结构的受力状态,因此可以考虑取消止推环。

Abstract:Expansion joint and pipe surrounded with soft cushion are two common types of penstock structure for joint passing.The effect of these two joint-passing structures on the spiral case with a membrane was studied and compared using software ANSYS,focusing on the case stiffness and the stay ring stress in the two cases with and without anti-thrust ring being installed.For expansion joint,the results show that the anti-thrust ring effectively decreases the slide displacement between the case and concrete,and bears the unbalance of water thrust,which favors the case stress.Installation of anti-thrust ring is recommended in this paper.For cushioned pipe,the case stiffness is significantly greater than that of expansion joint,improving the stress state of spiral case structure greatly,and an anti-thrust ring is not necessary because it improves little the stress in the case structure.
