摘    要:简述了4喷嘴对置式气化炉耐火砖的结构形式和蚀损情况;分析介绍了其使用寿命短的影响因素及相应的技改措施:①气化炉烧嘴空间偏小,应增加气化炉长径比;②烧嘴物料喷入速度偏高,应控制其喷入速度;③拱顶耐火砖预制块结构不合理,则应改造其结构;④熔渣侵蚀,则砖壁应保留一定量的固态渣;⑤热应力破坏,则应保持稳定操作。结果表明:技改后气化炉拱顶砖的使用寿命由最初的780h提高到超过4300h。

Abstract:Author has briefly described the structure type and erosion situation for refractory bricks of gasifier with 4 burners oppositely arranged ; has analyzed the following effecting factors on its short service life, and presented the improvement appropriate measures: ①Gasifier burner space being too small, so increasing the ratio of length/diameter of gasifier; ②Burner medium spraying speed being too high, so burner medium spraying speed to be controlled ; ③Prefabricated refractory brick structure in the dome portion of gasifier was not reasonable, so it was to be modified; ④Erosion by melt slag, so a definite quantity of fixed slag to be retained on brick wall; ⑤amaged by hot stress, so appropriate technical reformation measure to be taken, such as stable operation. Result indicates that the service life of the dome bricks of gasifier after technical reformation is increased from initial 780 hours to more than 4 300 hours.
