从女性主义角度探寻城市规划理论的新发展

近年来老龄化、拆迁补偿、流动人口、公众参与等问题在规划界引起了广泛的讨论。这些问题的出现,对规划理论的发展提出了新的要求。本文以女性主义的视角,分别从空间、经济和社会关系;语言和交流;认识论和方法论;规划者的性别、文化和教育等四个方面,对城市规划如何加强对弱势群体的关注进行理论性的探讨,以寻求在社会角色和社会价值观日益多元化的环境下,规划理论新的发展方向。

A PROBE INTO THE NEW DEVELOPMENT OF PLANNING THEORY IN FEMINISM VIEW

Recently increased attention has been focused on aged society, land expropriation and compensation, flowing population and public participation. Planning theory mustadapt to theemer- gence of theabove-mentioned problems. In feminism view, this paper probes into thenew development of planning theory in four areas: spatial, economic, and socialrelationship; languageand communication;epis- temology and methodology; the gender and the key valuesoftheplannersandreform ofplanning education, through which, it makes a theoretical discussion on how to draw enough attention to the weak colony in urban planning, so as to find a new developing direc- tion of planning theory under the environment of diversification of socialroles and social values.
