城乡结合部建筑抗震问题探讨

我国城乡结合部地区人口众多,经济相对落后,居民建筑基本上未考虑抗震设防。一旦发生地震,必将导致人员严重伤亡和财产重大损失,并将引发极为严重的二次灾害。文章通过分析目前此类建筑在抗震设防方面存在的诸多问题,提出了一些切实可行的对策和措施,对城乡结合部建设有一定的借鉴意义。

Building Seismicity at Urban Fringe Area

The urban fringe area of our country has a large number of population but relatively backward economy. While seismic fortification has seldom been considered during the building of the dwelling houses there,once earthquake strikes it will surely result in heavy casualties and property losses and even severe secondary disaster.
