摘    要:一切自行式车辆和工程机械,都离不开转向即行走方向控制。转向系统有机械式和液压控制式。中央铰接式工程机械大多采用液压转向系统,而转问操作元件一般采用奥比托转向器。WJ-1.5井下全液压铲运机在设计中却采用液压转向操纵阀,实现了无方向盘操作。这种操纵阀具有结构紧凑、加工容易、功能好、安装位置灵活的优点。它与其它液压元件构成一套转向液压系统,在WJ-1.5全液压铲运机上得到成功的应用。本文对这套液压系统的工作原理、设计计算进行较详细的介绍。

Abstract:Steering control, that is, the walking direction control, is necessary for all self-walking vehicles and engineering machinery. There are two kinds of steering systems: mechanical and hydraulic control. The hydraulic steering system is commonly used for the central-swinging engineering machinery.Aubitor steering gear box is usually used as steering element. The hydraulic steering control valve used in the design of WJ-1.5 underground hydraulic LHD machine which can be operated without steering wheel.This steering valve has the advantages of compact structure, easy processing, better function, flexible installation, etc. This control valve, used together with other hydraulic elements to form a whole hydraulic steering system, is successfully used in wJ-1.5 hydraulic LHD machine. The working principles and design calculation of this hydraulic system are introduced in detail in this paper.
