| Abstract: | This article mainly discusses the quality management during project construction and introduces the ISO9002 quality management system into Tongbai project management. It is believed that making use of advanced technology and equipment to control project quality scientifically, strengthening consciousness of doing project quality management, controlling every section during construction are the key points for project. |
