中国公用电信网发展实施步骤

新中国的电信事业在经历了若干个不同的社会经济阶段后，到今天已进入了社会主义市场经济体系的轨道。电信市场的结构、体系、容量、需求等都发生了极大的变化，目前正面临着一系列新的形势。从中国公用电信网运营部门的角度，本文回顾了１９９４年取得的成就，提出了１９９５年的任务和下一步发展目标。

Process of Development and Implementation of Public Telecom Network in China

After several different social-economic stages, the telecom undertaking in new China has entered into the orbit of the socialist market economic system. Tremendous changes have taken place in the telecom market structures, systems, ca-pacities, demands. etc. From the viewpoint of a public telecom network operator in China. the telecom achievement in 1994 and the tasks in 1995 and the future development objectives have been reviewed in this paper.
