内燃机水空中冷器传热性能及阻力特性测试系统

摘    要:本文主要介绍中冷器性能测试系统的开发工作。该测试系统以水空中冷器为试验对象,针对传热效率和流动阻力这两项基本性能参数,在参照其它散热器性能评价标准和试验方法的基础上,应用计算机及相应的模块技术,实现了试验参数的实时监控、自动采集和分析处理。文中着重阐述系统方案的创建思路与实施方法,并结合实际运行结果,分析讨论存在的问题和解决的途径。

Abstract:The work of developing the test-system of intercooler's performance is introduced in this article. The test specimens of the system are water-air intercoolers. In the base of the estimated standards of other intercoolers' performance and test-ways, we use the heat transfer efficiency and the air resistance as the basic performance parameters. With the applications of the computer and data-module technology related, the system can control test data in real time, get data, analyze and deal with data automatically. This article lays stress on the establishment thought; the detailed measures; the analysis of the existent problems and the ways to resolve them with the data we have got.
