乙丙橡胶第三、第四单体研究进展

摘    要:为了使乙丙橡胶具有快速硫化特性,通常向乙丙橡胶中加入第三单体,使之成为不饱和聚合物.从而生产出可以快速硫化的弹性体。目前全部工业生产的三元乙丙橡胶都是以5-业乙基-2-降冰片烯、双环戊二烯或1,4-已二烯为第三单体。近期研究表明,在乙烯-丙烯-二烯基础上再引入另一种烯烃单体参加共聚合反应,可合成性能更具有专门化的四元乙丙橡胶。

Abstract:The third monomer was usually added into the ERP in order to obtain unsaturated polymer with improved vulcanization property. The third monomer that used in the commercial production of EPDM was selected from ENB, DCPD and 1,4-HD. Recent research indicates that adding another kind of olefin monomer into the ethylene-propylene-diene system will obtain a new type of EPR with special properties.
