摘    要:某工程的压力输水管道三通结构在干管与支管相交区域存在应力集中问题,本文采用有限元方法对干管管径DN3200、支管管径DN2200、干管与支管间夹角60°的三通结构进行了模拟分析,给出了合理的加固壁厚和加固范围,有效地降低了三通结构的应力集中。

Application of Finite Element Analysis in one Project of Three-way Pressure Pipe
Abstract:The project of three-way pressure conduit pipeline appears stress convergence in the intersection between main and branch pipe.This paper aimed at the problem of stress convergence,the three-way pipe structure(main pipe diameter 3200mm,branch pipe diameter 2200mm,the included angle of main and branch pipe is 60°) was simulated and analyzed with finite element method,and reasonable reinforcement wall thickness and reinforcement area were put forward,so that stress convergence of the area could be reduced effectively in the three-way pipe.
