火灾高温后隧道衬砌混凝土力学特性试验研究

摘    要:通过对经历火灾高温后(100℃~700 ℃)不同强度等级混凝土(C10、C20、C30、C40)力学性能试验研究,得到混凝土立方体抗压强度(fcuT)随温度的变化规律。对混凝土立方体在抗压试验过程中所产生的声发射现象进行研究,进一步揭示火灾高温处理后的混凝土在破坏过程中,内部裂纹、裂隙的产生扩展与混凝土在受压过程所承受荷载之间的关系,从而得出混凝土受压破坏时内部结构的变化过程,通过详细的描述和比较分析,得到了高温对混凝土破坏过程中声发射现象的影响,进而为火灾高温后隧道衬砌混凝土结构损伤程度及安全性能的评估提供依据。

Abstract:According to the experimental study, the mechanical properties of different strength grade concrete after high temperature of fire are obtained. The relationship between compression strength of cube and temperature is studied. Based on the testing study on acoustic emission(AE) phenomenon, which is used to monitor the crack development in the concrete sample, the change law of inner fracture occurrence or growth of the concrete sample under load is revealed. Therefore, the changing process of the inner structure of concrete sample after high temperature of fire can be made clear. Furthermore, the study can provide a reference for the degree of damage and safety of tunnel concrete lining structure after high temperature of fire.
