摘    要:针对煤矿开采沉陷与地表环境资源之间日趋紧张的矛盾现状,在理论研究与现场调研的基础上,通过总结分析开采沉陷区地表变形与建筑物损害的相互关系,建立了沉陷区建筑物损害评价计算模型。基于计算模型,在GIS平台下利用ArcObjects组件开发技术,集成实现了“开采沉陷环境资源损害评价”功能模块并嵌入ArcGIS桌面系统。该系统模块能够实现煤矿沉陷区建筑物损害评价计算的自动化和可视化,同时,用户能够自主设定评价指标与评价标准的临界值,灵活应用于不同评价目标区。系统模块研制成功后,在兖州煤业股份有限公司鲍店煤矿十采区进行了工程实际应用,现场实例校核显示,评价计算结果与现场技术人员的实地测算结果基本一致。

Abstract:According to the increasingly tense situation of the contradiction between coal mining subsidence and the surface environmental resources, based on theoretical study and field investigation, buildings damage evaluation calculation models were established, through researching and analyzing the relationship between ground deformation and environmental resources damage in the study area. Based on the models, using ArcObjects component development technology on GIS platform, "Mining subsidence environmental resource damage evaluation" functional modules were developed and embedded into ArcGIS desktop system. The system can realize automatic and visualized environmental resources damage evaluation of mining subsidence, meanwhile, the users can independently set critical value of evaluation index and standard to realize flexible use in different evaluation target areas. After the successful development, the system was practically applied in No.10 mining area Baodian coal mine of Yanzhou Coal Mining Company Limited. The field example checking showed that the evaluation calculation results basically accorded with the field measurement and calculation results from site technical personnel.
