| 摘 要： | 针对防窃电技术改造项目是否该继续投资，以及多种技术改造方案如何顺序优化才能获得最大效益等问题，通过财务评估模型对湖北省防窃电技术改造投资状况进行了评估，分析并计算了敏感因素变化对评估结果的影响。最后得出防窃电技术改造经济效益显著，整体改造的益本比为1．87，3年内可以收回投资，并对改造工作提出了相关建议。
