检测实验室测量管理体系的建立和实施

ISO10012(GB/T19022)测量管理体系标准作为实验室管理体系的重要技术支撑,日益受到广泛的关注.多数实验室已经按照ISO/IEC17025(GB/T15481)标准建立实验室质量管理体系,而ISO10012测量管理体系却未被大多数实验室所重视,特别是检测实验室.本文从测量管理体系的测量设备和测量过程两个重要的方面,通过在检测实验室的应用,为实验室技术能力奠定基础,保障测量结果的量值溯源,更好的确保测量结果的准确性和一致性,并提供公正数据.

Establish and Practice of Measurement Management Systems for Testing Laboratories

As the important technical support of laboratory management system,the standard ofISO10012(GB/T19022) measurement management system has been pay more and more attention.Most laboratory have established the laboratory quality management system according to thestandard of ISO/IEC17025(GB/T15481).But the measurement management system ISO10012have not been regarded by most laboratory, especially the test laboratory.In this article,we focuson two important aspects of the Measurement Management Systems:Measurement processes andmeasuring equipment, through the application in the test laboratories,to establish the technicalcapability of laboratories, to guarantee the measurement traceability,and to provide the notarizationdata for the public.
