改性钌镍炭催化合成反式-4-异丙基环己甲酸的研究

摘    要:以4-异丙基苯甲酸为原料,用骨架钌镍炭为催化剂制备了4-异丙基环己甲酸,在碱性溶液中得到反式-4-异丙基环己甲酸。讨论了催化剂寿命及种类、反应温度、压力、反应物比例对反应的影响。结果表明最佳反应条件为:温度为90℃,压力为3 MPa,用氢氧化钠11 g升温至150℃搅拌反应6 h,反式-4-异丙基环己甲酸收率60.8%。

Abstract:Taking 4-isopropyl benzoic acid as raw material and skeletal RuNiC as catalyst to prepare 4-isopropylcyclohexanecarboxylic acid,and trans-4-isopropylcyclohexanecarboxylic acid achieves in alkaline solution.The different effect of catalysts reaction temperature,pressure and reactant vatio was studied.When the temperature was 90℃,pressure was 3 MPa,11 g NaOH was added,and the reactants were mixed for 6 h under 150℃,the yield of trans-4-isopropylcyclohexanecarboxylic acid reached 60.8%.
