CaF2-MgO-CaO-Al2O3渣系新型高强钢烧结焊剂的研究

摘    要:针对784MPa级低合金高强钢埋弧自动焊的要求,通过对焊剂的碱度、渣系和熔敷金属的质量分数进行分析和试验研究,研制了一种高碱度、氟碱型、具有CaF2-MgO-CaO-Al2O3渣系的新型烧结焊剂。该焊剂与合适的焊丝相配合可以满足焊接784MPa级低合金高强钢的需要。

Abstract:According to the technical need of submerged arc welding for 784 MPa low alloy high strength steel, through analysis and tests about the flux basicity, slag system type and compositions of deposited metal, a alkaline and fluoride type agglomerated flux with high basicity and a CaF 2 MgO CaO Al 2O 3 system is developed. This flux matched with a suitable wire reached the technical need of submerged arc welding for 784 MPa low alloy high strength steel.
