| 摘 要： | 总结了近年来涉外工程设计管理的工作情况,以及涉外工程现场服务的经验。以印度BALCO工程为例,阐述了涉外工程中过程管理、技术储备和技术人员应具备的专业素质等问题,可供其他类似工程借鉴、参考。
