| 摘 要： | 阿基米德螺旋面是机械加工常见的曲面,通过对圆柱面族的包络面方程分析,提出了外径、内外径差、导程都较大的螺旋面加工方法,并用该方法加工了一套螺旋叶片胎具,实践证明该方法切实可行。

| Abstract: | The Archimedes helicoids is a kind of familiar curved face in machining process. A machining method of the Archimedes right helicoids with bigger outer diameter, distance of inner and outer diameter and lead has been put forward by analysis of the enveloping surface equations of the cylindrical face group. A set of manipulators of helical blades has been machined. The practice shows that this method is feasible. |
